Working with the talented Realtime Games Team and Design Team at Method Studios / Company3 in Vancouver, we helped manage the sequences and render workflows for this cinematic trailer for the Back4Blood River of Blood DLC.
Our team helped manage the version control with Perforce and develop many aspects of the the pipeline which included toolsets in Maya, MotionBuilder, Deadline and Unreal Engine 5. We also helped process the mocap taking the processed animation data in MotionBuilder into Unreal Engine 5 and further tuning it in engine.
For this project we had also help setup an automated render workflow that was orchestrated with Deadline batch jobs that allowed for the parallel rendering of shots, transcoding, editing and audio mixing. It allowed for per shot Movie Render Queue preset overrides and accomodated for both daily HD renders and high resolution delivery renders.
